Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive, located in Vadodara. The Junior Executive will be responsible for supporting billing processing operations through data entry, handling client queries, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing tasks. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, assisting with client onboarding processes, and maintaining documentation. The role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Data entry, handling client queries, and coordinating with different departments
• Skills in generating reports and assisting with client onboarding processes
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in billing or related fields is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
