Requirements
The Marketing andCommunications team requires a skilled Video Editor and Motion GraphicsDesigner to support the creation of high-quality, engaging visual content forcampaigns, webinars, case stories, and digital platforms. With an increasingdemand for multimedia storytelling and animation-driven content, especially indocumentary and 2D animation formats, this hire will ensure timely productionand consistency in brand visual output.
Key responsibilities

Edit long-form and short-form videos in adocumentary style.

Create 2D animations and visual effects usingAdobe After Effects.

Work closely with the content and design team tostoryboard, animate, and finalize motion design elements.

Manage post-production processes, including MSCdesign brand guideline, sound, and final renders.

Adapt and edit content as per different platformrequirements (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Maintain an archive of raw footage, projectfiles, and digital assets.
Technical skills:

Proficient in Adobe After Effects and AdobePremiere Pro.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, orInDesign (proficiency in at least one is required).
Familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus, butnot mandatory.

Content Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in documentary-styleediting and 2D animation
Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, andattention to detail.
Education:

Minimum graduate degree

Must have completed a professional course invideo editing, animation, or a related multimedia field.
