Role & responsibilities

• Independently handled the complete set of export documentation (pre-shipment and post-shipment), including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading/FCRs, and other related documents.
• Coordinated effectively with Marketing, PPC, and Warehouse teams to ensure the timely dispatch and closure of export shipments.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel for managing export documentation, including IRN and E-Way Bills.
• Responsible for booking LCL and FCL shipments through nominated freight forwarder and shipping line portals.
• Maintained strong coordination with CHAs and freight forwarders to ensure the timely dispatch of both LCL and FCL shipments.
• Arranged transportation for FCL, LCL, and air export consignments.
• Well-versed in RFID seal uploading procedures.
• Verified shipping bill entries, BL drafts, and VGM submissions, ensured accuracy and made necessary corrections before finalization.
• Followed up with CHAs and forwarders for the timely completion of essential export documents such as GSP, COO, BL, and Shipping Bills.
• Collected invoices from CHAs, forwarders, and transporters, reviewed and processed them for payment through the accounts department.
• Uploaded final export documents to the nominated forwarder and buyer portals and shared them with buyers and banks.
• Well-versed in preparing documents for LC (Letter of Credit) shipments.
• Currently working with leading forwarders and portals such as Maersk, APL, GTNX, LF, DAMCO, and Expeditors.
• Possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with excellent professional email drafting abilities.
