Work / Base Location - Thane West Experience: 10+ years (Corporate Gifting B2B Sales Only) Role Overview: As a Corporate Gifting Manager at INDO COUNT, you will be responsible for driving B2B corporate gifting sales, managing client relationships, and executing large-scale gifting programs. This role requires expertise in sales strategy, vendor coordination, and project execution to ensure a seamless gifting experience for corporate clients. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for corporate gifting, aligned with business goals. Identify market opportunities and create innovative gifting solutions to meet client demands. Establish key performance metrics to measure and enhance sales effectiveness. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their gifting requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and gather feedback. Lead Generation and Sales: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand the corporate client base. Leverage networking, referrals, and industry events to identify potential business opportunities. Present and pitch gifting solutions to corporate clients, highlighting value propositions. Consistently achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability. Project Management and Execution: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of bulk gifting programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product selection, customization, and packaging. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to client deadlines. Vendor and Logistics Coordination: Establish and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating favourable terms and pricing. Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and reliability. Oversee logistics, packaging, and distribution to ensure smooth operations. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for corporate gifting programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Monitor expenses, review invoices, and optimize budget utilization while maintaining quality standards. Team Leadership and Training: Led and mentored a team of corporate gifting executives, providing guidance and performance oversight. Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, discuss updates, and implement improvements. Provide training to enhance team capabilities and drive sales effectiveness. Customer Satisfaction and Upselling: Continuously assess client feedback to enhance the gifting experience. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings with existing clients. Requirements: 10 + years of proven experience in B2B corporate gifting sales (mandatory). Strong corporate client network with a track record of closing high-value deals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage end-to-end sales, from lead generation to project execution. Prior experience in luxury or premium corporate gifting is preferred.
