Junior Executive – Marketing & Channel

Key Responsibilities

Brand Collaborations

• Assist in identifying and coordinating with relevant brands for video integrations and promotions.
• Support internal teams in aligning brand requirements with creative concepts.

School Activations & Events

• Support the planning and execution of school activities, workshops, and outreach programs.
• Coordinate with school authorities and vendors for logistics and smooth execution.
• Assist in mascot-led activities to engage children in fun, educational ways.

Mall & Public Engagements

• Help in organizing mall activations, pop-up events, and community programs.
• Assist in handling event logistics including permissions, production, and staffing.

Merchandising & Character Management

• Support in creating and managing Dr. Binocs-themed merchandise (toys, stationery, giveaways).
• Ensure quality checks and coordinate with vendors for production and distribution.
• Assist in managing the mascot for live appearances.

Planning & Execution

• Maintain records of school programs, events, and outreach calendars.
• Provide support to senior team members in campaign tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with design, production, and content teams for execution.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, school outreach, or merchandising (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn about kids’ content and edutainment.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
