About Cooperl India

Cooperl India drives the Group’s long-term development in the Indian market, working on integrated livestock and agri-food projects in close coordination with public institutions and private partners. The team operates on complex, multi-state initiatives combining strategy, execution, and field implementation.


The Position

Based in New Delhi, this role works directly with the General Manager and supports the execution of strategic and operational initiatives in India. The position is designed for a junior but already professional profile, offering direct exposure to senior decision-making, public-sector interactions, and complex, real-world projects in a fast-evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities


Executive & Operational Support

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day priorities, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Prepare briefs, notes, presentations, and structured summaries for internal and external use.
  • Ensure proper tracking of decisions, commitments, and action items.

Project Coordination

  • Support the coordination of multi-stakeholder projects across several Indian states.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
  • Consolidate inputs from internal teams, partners, and consultants into clear working documents.

Stakeholder & Institutional Interface

  • Assist in interactions with public institutions, private partners, and external experts.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of MoUs, cooperation frameworks, and technical annexes.
  • Help organize meetings, field visits, missions, and delegations.

Structure & Methods

  • Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and basic reporting frameworks.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and working methods.
  • Use digital tools and automation to increase efficiency and clarity.


Profile Sought

  • 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally across 1 or 2 roles maximum.
  • Experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting, administration, or a similar structured environment.
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
  • Solid command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, multicultural environment.
