As a Junior Executive at Certifications in Navi Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in contracting, planning, and providing transaction certificates to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Verification and review of contracting related client documents such as applications, legal documents, and export documents. - Determination of risks related to processes and products specific to the assigned standard/modules. - Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs). - Organizing, updating, and maintaining operational data and files. - Liaising with auditors and certifiers to assign qualified auditors for audits. - Ensuring complete and correct documents are received from clients for processing contracting and issuing TCs. - Coordinating and communicating with clients for contracting, planning, invoicing, and TCs processes. - Performing delegated tasks by Manager Operations/Certifier. - Maintaining a good relationship with clients. - Record keeping and storing files while ensuring traceability. - Keeping files up to date in the system and hardcopy as per procedures. - Staying informed about developments, issues, and legislative changes in agriculture. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in Agriculture or related science discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in agriculture or related industry. - Experience in document review and coordination in a Certification Body is preferred. - Knowledge of agriculture industry products and processes would be advantageous. - Excellent proficiency with MS Office. - Good command of English in speech and writing. - Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail.
