Junior Engineer – Land Acquisition & Project Execution

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer with 0-1 year of experience in land acquisition and project execution in the renewable energy sector. The candidate will support end-to-end project activities including land identification, coordination with landowners, documentation, and onsite execution of solar/wind project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in land identification, survey, and feasibility assessment for solar/wind project sites.

Coordinate with landowners, local authorities, and internal teams for smooth land acquisition processes.

Support preparation and verification of land documents, agreements, maps, and layouts.

Conduct site surveys, collect field data, and ensure accurate reporting for project planning.

Assist the project team in execution activities including site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality monitoring.

Track daily work progress and provide DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) to the project manager.

Support compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies at project sites.

Work closely with engineering teams for design, layout planning, and BOQ verification.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of project materials and equipment.

Maintain documentation, drawings, and Google Earth/AutoCAD-based project files.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of land acquisition processes and documentation.

Understanding of project execution, site activities, and technical drawings.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, AutoCAD (preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work at project sites when required.

Strong willingness to learn in the renewable energy domain.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
