Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under corporate laws, SEBI, and other applicable regulatory authorities. Assist in maintaining secretarial compliance and coordinate with the company secretary on Board meetings, filings, and resolutions. Monitor corporate governance practices and recommend changes where needed. Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Handle corporate and commercial litigation in coordination with external counsels. Represent the company in legal proceedings (civil, regulatory, arbitration, etc.). Manage documentation, strategy, and timelines for ongoing litigation. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations) and external legal firms to ensure business needs are legally protected. Serve as a business partner by enabling risk-mitigated decision-making. Key Requirements: Qualifications: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. or CS (preferred but not essential) Experience: 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal work, preferably in a reputed law firm or a corporate legal department. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, quality control, and timely completion of all site-related civil activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise civil construction activities for solar plant foundations, inverter rooms, control buildings, cable trenches, and GSS-related structures. Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project standards. Coordinate with design, electrical, procurement, and project management teams for seamless site execution. Plan manpower, material, and equipment deployment to meet project timelines and budgets. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety adherence. Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and execution issues.
