Civil Manager – Solar Energy Projects

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Manager to lead and manage the execution of civil works for solar energy projects, including Grid Substation (GSS) infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, quality control, and timely completion of all site-related civil activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil construction activities for solar plant foundations, inverter rooms, control buildings, cable trenches, and GSS-related structures.
• Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with design, electrical, procurement, and project management teams for seamless site execution.
• Plan manpower, material, and equipment deployment to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety adherence.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety norms at all stages of the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in civil execution of solar and substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, foundation, and site development works.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
