Junior Development Chef

You will be working as a Product Development Chef at Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company known for its fresh and delicious products. As a Product Development Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive working environment, ensuring quality control, and promoting health and safety in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include: - Having a keen interest in exploring regional and international dishes based on project briefs - Exhibiting a good understanding of culinary fundamentals - Creating and maintaining an efficient, hygienic, and positive working environment - Promoting health and safety in the workplace - Ensuring quality control and efficient workflow - Demonstrating a positive attitude and good work ethic - Working in a fast-paced, high production setting both independently and in team situations - Working for extended periods in various environments - Conducting, analyzing, and evaluating trial results - Making necessary adjustments to ingredients, formulations, processes, and equipment - Preparing samples for customer presentations and participating in product cuttings - Maintaining recipes/formulations, methodologies, and specifications - Liaising with colleagues in different departments - Researching the market and consumer trends - Meeting tight deadlines and working effectively under high-pressure situations Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in a Chef role - Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects effectively - Basic knowledge and practical experience in cooking methods - Understanding of MS Office suite, especially MS-Excel, will be highly beneficial Join Licious and be a part of a dynamic and confident team that is passionate about delivering high-quality products to customers.,
