Synapx is Hiring: Junior Data Analyst (Hyderabad | 5 LPA)

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the product team to understand data requirements across multiple features and modules.
• Become the “go-to data person” at Synapx - whether it’s pulling quick insights in Excel or building deeper analysis using your preferred tools.
• Own data implementation inside our product: data modelling, cleaning, validation, logic checks, and supporting devs/PMs where needed.
• Collaborate with developers, the product lead, and UI to ensure we structure and use data effectively.
• Bring your curiosity - ask questions, get context, explore ideas. Friendly team, no hesitation needed.
• Be in office

  3 days a week (Hyderabad, mandatory)

  to sync with the product + engineering teams.
• Use AI tools smartly to speed up your research, analysis, and implementation.

🔍 Skills We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles. Fresh grads with solid projects are welcome.
• Strong understanding of

  Dataverse, SQL, and Python

  - and projects to prove it.
• Comfort with

  Excel

  for quick-turnaround analysis.
• Logical thinking > tools - if you can think clearly, you can learn any new tool quickly.
• Openness to other data tools: Power BI, Pandas, DAX, or anything you’ve explored.
• Familiarity with

  AI assistants

  (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or any workflow tools that make your work faster).
• Bonus: Experience with data modelling, schema design, or working with product/engineering teams.
