Junior UI Designer

🌟 We’re Hiring at Synapx: Junior UI Designer (Hyderabad | 5-7 LPA)

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Product Lead (PL) to understand UI requirements. You’ll get a clear brief + timelines - and all the context you need.
• Sync with developers, data analysts, and the rest of the product team to understand workflows and user behaviour.
• Ask as many questions as you need - we’re a friendly team and actually encourage curiosity.
• Own your tasks end-to-end with a

  “figure it out”

  attitude.
• Show up in the office

  3 days a week (Hyderabad, mandatory)

  - for real collaboration, brainstorming, and chai breaks.
• Build with us - good work gets noticed and rewarded.

🎨 What We’re Looking For

• 0-2 years of UI design experience. Fresh grads with great portfolios are welcome.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfort in tools like

  Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch

  , or any modern UI tool you vibe with.
• Bonus: Show us

  AI tools

  you’ve used in your workflow - whether it’s for wireframes, asset creation, UX writing, design QA, or speeding up your process.
• A portfolio with 2–3 projects showing your design thinking, tools used, and your role.
• Someone who brings good energy - have fun, be fun, build fun things with the Synapx team.
