Role Description:

As a Trainee Junior Consultant at DHA-1, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey within our globally focused Property and Casualty insurance domain. This is a full-time remote role designed to nurture your skills and expertise. During the initial 3-month period, you will receive intensive training and mentorship, gradually transitioning into the role of a Junior Consultant-I upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants to analyze complex data sets and contribute to project strategies.
• Execute rules-based data processing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Engage in client communication, ensuring clear and effective conveyance of project updates and insights.
• Assist in the documentation of project tasks and milestones.
• Support the client's underwriting team with pricing-related decisions.
• Gain a deep understanding of end-to-end processes to suggest enhancements.
• Contribute actively to team meetings and project discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Insurance-related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Quick learner with the ability to adhere to defined timelines.
