Initially, you will undergo a rigorous 3-month training program and mentorship, with the eventual goal of transitioning into the role of a Junior Consultant-I upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants to analyze complex data sets and contribute to project strategies. - Execute rules-based data processing tasks with precision and attention to detail. - Engage in client communication to effectively convey project updates and insights. - Assist in documenting project tasks and milestones. - Support the client's underwriting team in making pricing-related decisions. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes to recommend enhancements. - Actively participate in team meetings and project discussions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Insurance-related fields. - Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. - Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks. - Quick learner capable of adhering to defined timelines.
