Junior Client Success Executive

bout the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Client Success Executive to support our clients and ensure they receive maximum value from our products/services. In this role, you will assist the Client Success team in managing customer relationships, addressing queries, coordinating onboarding, and helping drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, including account setup, product walkthroughs, and documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships by regularly following up and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Monitor client usage and highlight opportunities for upselling or improvements.
• Track and record customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-up communication for clients.
• Identify potential risks with clients and escalate them to senior team members.
• Support in gathering client feedback and sharing insights with the product/service teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Min 6 Months of experience in customer service, client support, or account management (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹15,434.53 - ₹23,649.93 per month
