About Us:

Job Overview

We are looking for a practical and result-focused Sales & Business Development professional to join our team. The role involves developing new customers, handling existing accounts, and supporting business growth in industrial and manufacturing segments.


Candidates with experience in B2B industrial sales, particularly in cranes or material handling equipment, will be preferred. However, there is no restriction on industry or experience for exceptional candidates, including freshers with strong sales knowledge and learning ability.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, market visits, references, and online platforms

·      Generate leads through LinkedIn and other digital channels, one-to-one outreach, cold calling, and cold email campaigns

·      Visit customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions

·      Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business

·      Conduct product discussions, presentations, and site visits as required

·      Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close orders

·      Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and regular follow-up status

·      Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

·      Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events for lead generation

·      Prepare basic sales reports, forecasts, and periodic updates for management


Qualification & Experience

·      Graduate degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)

·      Minimum 1 year experience in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales

·      Experience in crane, material handling, or heavy engineering sales is an advantage

·      Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple customers

·      Good communication and coordination skills

·      Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

·      Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
