Junior Brand Manager – Social Media Strategy & Execution Track
About the Role:This is not a reel-making, vibe-only job. This is where strategy meets sweat, and captions meet client briefs.At Digital Podes Media, we’re building a new kind of digital professional, someone who understands how brands behave online, what makes content convert, and how to build meaningful engagement through consistent execution.As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a brand’s social media presence—from planning and publishing to reporting and client handling. You’ll work with strategists, designers, and analysts to turn brand vision into visible, measurable digital impact.What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):Content Planning & Strategy • Plan monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Contribute campaign ideas based on client goals, platform trends, and seasonal hooks. • Align creatives and captions with brand voice, visual identity, and funnel objectives.Social Media Execution (Core Skill Required) • Publish and manage posts using Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc. • Format and optimize captions, hashtags, first comments, and story sequences. • Schedule, post, and monitor content—ensuring quality, consistency, and platform-fit.Reporting & Analytics • Track post and campaign performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, CTR, etc.). • Generate clean, client-facing monthly reports with observations + recommendations. • Collaborate with internal team to evolve content strategies based on insights.Client Handling & Brand Ownership • Join client meetings to present performance, content plans, and take feedback. • Maintain trackers, timelines, and internal briefs with clarity and professionalism. • Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring each piece of content drives value.ORM & Engagement • Respond to DMs, comments, and queries in a brand-aligned voice (under guidance). • Flag negative sentiment or escalation-worthy feedback proactively. • Monitor competitors and community trends for actionable insights.You’ll Thrive Here If You… • Know what a “hook,” “carousel,” or “first comment” means and care about each. • Use social media actively and intentionally, not just for trends. • Are curious, coachable, and willing to go beyond “just ideas.” • Enjoy both creative thinking and structured planning. • Value fast feedback, clarity, and building things that actually go live.Must-Have Skills • Publishing know-how across IG, FB, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Familiarity with tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, G-Sheets. • Strong written English for captions, reports, and client communication. • Eye for aesthetic, clean layouts even if you’re not a designer.Experience Required • 0–2 years in digital marketing, content execution, or brand communication. • Freelancers or freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply. • Prior internship/agency experience preferred, but not mandatory.
