Role & responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Execution: - Support marketing in planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.) to drive brand awareness and sales. - Work with the marketing team to create promotional content and materials. - Ensure timely execution of marketing activities, both online and offline. 2. Market Research & Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer needs, and emerging trends. - Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies. 3. Digital Marketing: - Assist marketing team in digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media platforms. - Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement. - Collaborate with agencies or internal teams on website content, online advertisements, and other digital initiatives. 4. Content Creation & Copy-writing: - Assist in creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels. - Write marketing copy for ads, brochures, emails, and product descriptions. - Ensure content is aligned with the companys brand and messaging guidelines. 5. Social Media Management: - Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms. - Support marketing team in creating, scheduling, and manage posts to engage with the audience and build an online community. - Monitor social media analytics and report on performance. 6. Event Coordination: - Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. - Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and branding for events to enhance visibility. - Engage with customers and stakeholders during events to promote the brand. 7. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to align marketing strategies with company goals. - Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media to ensure successful campaign execution. - Communicate marketing plans and results to the broader team and management. 8. Reporting & Analysis: - Measure the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on campaign effectiveness and market insights. Support in designing creative campaigns to grow the brands social media presence. Coordinate and ensure timely execution of influencer marketing activities across digital platforms. 2. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor influencer activities and campaigns to measure engagement and reach. Conduct basic competitive research to identify new influencers and partnership opportunities. Support outreach efforts to influencers and agencies based on research and brand needs. 3. Agency Collaboration: Support communication with influencer collaboration agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Help track agency deliverables and maintain campaign documentation. 4. Networking and Relationship Building: Act as a positive brand representative by helping to identify and build relationships with emerging influencers and digital creators. Assist in maintaining influencer and agency contact lists and databases. 5. Social Media Management: Assist the team in creating and managing social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Help monitor audience engagement and feedback across social channels. Support in analyzing social media performance and suggesting improvements. 6. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams like sales, product development, and creative to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners as needed for influencer campaigns. 7. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key influencer campaign metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
