Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region/territory.
  • Drive secondary and tertiary sales through strong distributor, retailer, and chemist engagement.
  • Ensure daily sales reporting and performance tracking of the field team.

2. Channel Management

  • Identify, appoint, and manage stockists/distributors to ensure market coverage and stock availability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth supply and payment cycle.
  • Address and resolve distributor-related issues proactively.

3. Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, new customer segments, and untapped markets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing comparisons, and market intelligence.
  • Plan and execute local promotional activities and customer engagement programs.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, schemes, and ethical practices.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monthly business reviews, etc.

Ensure full compliance with credit and collection policies.
