Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Maintain digital and physical records, files, and documentation
  • Support HR and recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Help in managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Organize internal databases, folders, and company drives
  • Assist with timesheets, attendance, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support planning and execution of team meetings, events, and onboarding

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Good attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with basic HR/admin practices is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Logistics & admin: 1 year (Preferred)
