Job Overview:

The Admin Intern will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by assisting the administration team with daily tasks. This internship offers valuable exposure to the day-to-day activities of an office environment, providing the opportunity to build professional skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Support:
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of office supplies, ensuring items are stocked and available.
  • Help with organising and maintaining office spaces (filing systems, storage, etc.).
  • Coordinate office meetings and assist with setting up conference rooms.
  • Document Management:
  • Assist in preparing, filing, and maintaining physical and electronic documents.
  • Scan, photocopy, and organise important paperwork.
  • Help with drafting, editing, and formatting business correspondence.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management:
  • Help schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage the office calendar and ensure that meetings run smoothly.
  • Communication Support:
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Assist with email correspondence and internal communication within the company.
  • Data Entry & Reporting:
  • Input data into various databases or software tools.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Event Support:
  • Help organize company events, conferences, or employee activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and supplies for office events.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
  • Support other departments and teams with administrative needs.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
