We are a fast-growing real estate company in Indore, known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete sales function across residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Drive revenue generation, monthly sales targets, and collection boosting to ensure strong cash flow.
• Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
• Strategize and execute plans to increase site visits, conversions, and overall sales efficiency.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers to maximize lead inflow.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Create and implement effective sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement plans.
• Ensure timely documentation, booking processes, and coordination with CRM, Accounts, and Admin departments.
• Represent the company at site visits, client meetings, events, and real estate exhibitions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated client concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Indore.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and boosting collections.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of Indore’s real estate market, customer behavior, and sales cycles.
• Ability to manage high-performance teams and drive measurable outcomes.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
