Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Intern / Admin Associate to support daily administrative and coordination activities. This role is ideal for students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Administration or related fields, or individuals with basic administrative experience.

The position involves client communication, task coordination, calendar management, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth internal and external operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic client communication via email and phone
  • Manage task tracking and coordination across teams
  • Maintain and update calendars, schedules, and meetings
  • Send payment collection reminders and follow up professionally
  • Draft, respond to, and manage official email communications
  • Maintain records, documentation, and internal trackers
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field, OR
  • Basic relevant experience in administrative or office coordination roles
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Technical degree is not mandatory
Relevant practical skills are compulsory

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience handling client emails or coordination
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
  • Professional email drafting and documentation skills
