About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our Head Office team. The role involves assisting the senior planning team in project scheduling, monitoring progress, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in planning concepts, good analytical skills, and a keen interest in project management within the construction/infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6/MS Project).
• Coordinate with project/site teams to collect progress data and update schedules accordingly.
• Support in preparing weekly/monthly project progress reports for management review.
• Assist in resource planning, allocation, and productivity tracking.
• Monitor project milestones and highlight potential risks/delays to senior planners.
• Maintain documentation and records related to project planning and control.
• Support in preparing presentations, dashboards, and MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in project planning (freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of project planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project will be a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and report preparation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
