Junior Art Director

Role Purpose

The Junior Art Director supports the creative leadership in shaping visual strategy, leading campaign-level design direction, and ensuring that brand storytelling is consistent, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own visual directions for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
• Translate business and marketing briefs into strong creative concepts
• Guide Senior Visualizers and Designers on execution quality and visual tone
• Review, approve, and refine creative outputs before final release
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms and business units
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and leadership teams
• Support the Art Director / Creative Director in creative planning and ideation
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required

Qualification & Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in creative roles
• Prior experience in campaign-based or multi-brand environments preferred

Core Skills & Expertise

• Advanced visual thinking, concept development, and art direction skills
• Strong command over typography, layout systems, colour psychology, and imagery
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to review work critically and elevate creative quality
• Understanding of brand strategy and visual identity systems
