🔹 We’re Hiring: Junior Architect

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of

  working drawings (WD), municipal drawings (MD), sale plans

  , and presentation drawings.
• Support in

  design coordination

  and preparation of technical documentation.
• Understanding of

  UDCPR norms

  , local development control regulations, and submission requirements.

• Liaisoning knowledge

  with authorities such as CIDCO, NMMC, PMC, etc., will be considered an added advantage.
• Participation in

  site visits

  , assisting in execution coordination, and ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Collaboration with senior architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–4 years of professional experience

  in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ; knowledge of

  SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit

  is beneficial.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn within a collaborative environment.

Education:

• B.Arch from a recognized university.
