Junior Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing

  Working Drawings (WD), Municipal Drawings (MD), detail drawings, and presentation decks.

• Conducting

  regular site visits

  to monitor design execution and resolve on-site challenges.

• Liaising with civic authorities

  to ensure timely approvals and smooth project flow.
• Applying a sound understanding of

  UDCPR and NMMC regulations

  in documentation and design.
• Coordinating directly with clients and consultants to bring projects from vision to reality.
• Contributing to prestigious commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
• Work closely with senior architects and consultants to support project delivery.

• 1–5 years of experience

  in an architectural firm (experience in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai is essential).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields.
• Strong command over

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.

• Willingness to travel for

  site visits and authority meetings.

• Well-versed in

  local municipal norms and approval processes.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
