Junior Architect

Every design we create aims to exceed expectations and withstand the test of time. As a Junior Architect based in Navi Mumbai, you will play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in architectural design, incorporating software tools into the design process, and contributing to project management activities. Your daily tasks will involve preparing detailed drawings, conducting site visits, liaising with clients and contractors, and collaborating with senior architects and designers to develop innovative architectural solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess project management skills and have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Navi Mumbai. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required, along with strong architectural design abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders. Additionally, you should be adept at working collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of WD's and MD's, as well as familiarity with UDCPR/NMMC guidelines and regulations, will be advantageous. Experience in liaising with local civic bodies for approvals and effective client management skills are also desirable qualities for this position.
