The firm is headquartered in Malappuram and values a client-focused, innovative approach to design. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Junior Architect located in Malappuram. The Junior Architect will participate in designing and drafting architectural plans, collaborating with project teams, and contributing to conceptual and detailed designs. Responsibilities include conducting site analysis, preparing 3D visualizations, creating project presentations, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to design specifications. The role also involves supporting project management tasks such as scheduling and maintaining quality control during the development process. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including drafting, 3D modeling, and visualization tools. Experience in Project Management, with skills in scheduling, contractor coordination, and quality assurance. Knowledge of Software Integration relevant to architecture, enabling seamless workflows and technological adaptability. Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes. Previous experience in architecture or construction is a plus.
