About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Architect to coordinate with external architect firms, consultants, and site teams for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The candidate will play a key role in bridging design execution, site coordination, and project documentation under the direction of the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external architects and design firms on drawings, layouts, GFCs, and revisions.

Work closely with project management and site engineers to ensure design intent is accurately executed.

Conduct site visits to review progress, quality, and adherence to design and material specifications.

Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including drawing registers, BOQs, and correspondence logs.

Assist in design presentation, material selection, and coordination with vendors.

Support in obtaining approvals, NOCs, and compliance documents from authorities when required.

Maintain timelines and deliverables in coordination with external consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

0–3 years of experience in architectural coordination, design, or site execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and local building regulations.

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel and coordinate across multiple project sites.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Additional Benefits: Project-based incentives and travel allowances.
