Job Description

Design and Technical Work:

Drafting and Design:
Assist in creating architectural drawings, following the design guidelines and specifications set by the senior architect.
Research:
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning laws to inform the design process and ensure compliance with regulations.
Model Making:
Creating digital models of projects to visualize designs.

Project Assistance:

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
Coordination:
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
Site Visits:
Occasionally visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any issues that arise.

3. Client Interaction:

Presentation:
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings, including visual aids and project summaries.
Feedback Incorporation
: Help integrate client feedback into the design process and make necessary revisions as directed.

Technical skills

Required:

Drafting - AutoCad, Rhino, Revit, Archicad
3D-Modelling - Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, archicad
Editing - Photoshop , Adobe suite, Corel draw
Rendering - Lumion, Enscape, D5

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in similar role and preference to local Ahmedabad candidate.
