Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, detailed plans, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Assist in concept development, design detailing, and material selection.
• Prepare working drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Support senior architects in design reviews, feasibility studies, and project planning.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputable institution.

• 1–3 years

  of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
• Experience with rendering tools like Lumion / D5 / Enscape is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of building codes, materials, services, and construction techniques.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.
