As a Junior Architect at Conficio Studio, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative architecture firm dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with experienced architects and designers, working on exciting projects from concept to completion, and contributing to the creation of inspiring spaces. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and drawings under the guidance of senior architects. - Conduct research and gather information to support design decisions. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. - Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively. - Participate in site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality control. - Assist in the coordination of project documentation and correspondence with clients, consultants, and contractors. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - Strong proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. - Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred but not required.
