Junior Architect – Full-time (Pune)

We’re looking for a Junior Architect to join our team in Pune! This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to learn and grow in a supportive work environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior architects and get hands-on experience in design, planning, and project coordination. You’ll help with drawings, design ideas, and basic documentation while learning how real-world projects come together.

Don’t worry if you’re new — we’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll get plenty of learning opportunities, one-on-one support, and a chance to be part of exciting projects that help shape great spaces.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of architectural design and concepts.
• Familiarity with design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) — we’ll help you learn more on the job.
• Eagerness to understand how projects are managed and coordinated.
• Good attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn and solve problems.
• Ability to work well with a team and take small tasks independently with guidance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Any internship or project experience in architecture is a plus, but not mandatory.
