Junior Architect

Job Summary

Erecon Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our interior fit-out project team. The candidate will assist in design development, preparing drawings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing design concepts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and contractors for design implementation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure adherence to drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and presentation layouts.
• Collaborate with senior architects and interior designers on space planning and detailing.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety codes, and company quality requirements.
• Manage revisions and maintain updated drawing records.
• Support the team with project documentation and approvals.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of materials, interior finishes, and detailing.
• Good understanding of fit-out execution and coordination.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude.

Work Location

On-site (Ghorpadi, Pune) – ability to visit project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,202.13 - ₹34,780.53 per month
