Junior Architect

Job Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist the senior design and project team in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires creativity in design, technical knowledge in construction, and coordination skills to ensure project delivery within quality, cost, and time standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting

· Assist in developing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards.

· Prepare concept designs, working drawings, and construction details under supervision.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.

Project Coordination

· Support Senior Architect in coordinating with structural, MEP, and civil engineers.

· Attend site visits to verify implementation of designs and resolve design-related issues.

· Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for ongoing projects.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

· Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design options.

. Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs in a timely manner.

Technical Support

· Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and tender drawings.

· Ensure accuracy and quality in CAD drawings, Revit models, and other software outputs.

. Support the project team in preparing compliance documents and approvals.

Innovation & Development

· Stay updated with modern construction materials, sustainable design, and industry best practices.

. Suggest innovative design ideas that align with functionality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

· Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site execution.

· Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

· Team player with willingness to learn from senior professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.Arch or Dip in Arch from a recognized university.

Experience: 2 years in architecture/design/construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
