Position – Junior Architect

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. Working closely under the guidance of a Senior Designer, you will assist in the development of 2D and 3D retail and F&B environments, focusing on enhancing brand experiences through design.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to projects and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in outlining client design objectives and project goals
• Support conceptual design and translate sketches into detailed plans
• Develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc

• Prepare site plans, construction documents, elevations, and BOQs
• Integrate branding, color, imagery, and visual identity into spatial design
• Conduct material research, code analysis, and review shop drawings
• Stay updated with the latest retail and F&B trends
• Participate in internal and external presentations and design reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome with a strong portfolio)
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent visual communication and hand sketching skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently across multiple projects
• Passion for design, branding, and innovative retail/F&B concepts
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and construction documentation
