Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team, specializing in luxury residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a practical understanding of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), construction drawings, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualization, design, and detailing of high-end residential projects.
• Prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity and execution feasibility.
• Support the preparation and verification of BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions suited to luxury standards.
• Ensure drawings and documentation meet all regulatory, design, and quality standards.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 5 years of experience, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; Revit or 3D visualization skills are an advantage.
• Understanding of BOQs, materials, construction detailing, and project documentation.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, spatial planning, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
