Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver premium-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end execution of luxury residential projects.
• Oversee design development, approvals, procurement, and site execution.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and maintain clear reporting to senior management.
• Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
