Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing design team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience across residential projects, working closely with Lead Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
Support the development of municipal drawings and statutory submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical and design inputs.
Prepare design presentations, material boards, and documentation for client meetings.
Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress.
Research building materials, finishes, and current design trends.
Maintain project files, drawings, and revisions in an organized manner.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
1-3 years of professional experience with strong portfolio.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Office and presentation tools.
Basic understanding of local building codes and regulations.
Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
