Junior Architect

Position Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist in the design and execution of residential, villa, and commercial projects under the guidance of the Senior Architect. The role focuses on preparing design drawings, supporting project coordination, and ensuring that all architectural outputs align with MyScaai Bharat Construction’s design standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, working drawings, and presentation materials.
• Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations as required.
• Support the Senior Architect in coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, capture as-built details, and assist in resolving design-related queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, client approvals, and drawing revisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for material selection, samples, and BOQs.
• Work closely with the project and execution teams to ensure design intent is implemented on-site.
• Support client presentations and assist in gathering requirements for design customization.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovative technologies relevant to architecture and construction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong design visualization and drafting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Arch from a recognized university (COA registration preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.
• Preferred Industry: Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,316.13 - ₹28,672.57 per month
