Web Dimension builds AI, AR, and immersive tech for leading brands. Our work spans computer vision for product and logo detection, pose and motion analysis for sports and fitness, WhatsApp and web bots, analytics dashboards, and WebAR experiences.

What you will do

• Prototype and train small to mid-scale models in computer vision and NLP.
• Build data pipelines for collection, cleaning, labeling, and augmentation.
• Implement inference services with Python APIs for web and mobile apps.
• Integrate third-party AI services including OpenAI APIs, speech and TTS APIs.
• Optimize models for latency and throughput on CPU and GPU.
• Write clear documentation, experiments, and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with designers and frontend engineers to ship production features.
• Monitor models in production and iterate based on telemetry and feedback.

Must-have skills

• Strong Python programming.
• One DL framework: PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• OpenCV fundamentals and image processing.
• Basic NLP or CV project experience from internships, coursework, or GitHub.
• REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Version control with Git and GitHub.
• Data handling with NumPy and pandas.
• Clear communication and a product mindset.

Good-to-have

• Pose estimation or action recognition experience.
• Whisper or other ASR, and basic audio processing.
• Prompt engineering and LLM tooling, RAG with vector databases such as FAISS or Pinecone.
• MLOps basics: Docker, model packaging, experiment tracking with MLflow or Weights and Biases.
• Cloud familiarity on AWS: S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM.
• Databases: MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Frontend awareness to debug API integrations.
• Exposure to WebAR or real-time media pipelines.

Education

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Exceptional self-taught candidates with strong portfolios are welcome.
