Job Profile for Junior Agronomy Scientist:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Agronomy Scientist to support our research and development initiatives in crop nutrition, fertilizer trials and sustainable farming practices. 

Total Positions

Qualification & Experience:

• M.Sc. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Science

   or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

   in crop management or fertilizer trials. 
• Familiarity with standard agronomic tools, practices and basic data analysis software.
• Required to travel frequently to rural and field sites.
• Strong communication, observation and reporting skills.
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Assist in planning and execution of agronomic field trials and demonstration plots. 
• Collect and analyze soil, plant, and environmental data to assess fertilizer impact. 
• Support senior scientists in drafting reports, data analysis, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with farmers, research stations, and field staff to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of trials.
• Document observations related to crop performance, pest issues and nutrient deficiencies. 
• Help in preparing technical training materials and participate in field-level outreach.
