We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Billing) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily billing operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and support general accounting tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow in the accounting field.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time
Review billing data for completeness and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain and update customer accounts and billing records
Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including payment posting and reconciliation
Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing processes

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
