Office / Pantry Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Office / Pantry Boy to join our team. The Office / Pantry Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the pantry area, assisting with basic food and beverage service, and supporting kitchen or office staff with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Ensure the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas are clean and well-organized at all times.
• Refill water bottles, maintain stock of beverages and pantry supplies.
• Wash utensils, dishes, and ensure proper storage after cleaning.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms with refreshments as required.
• Support kitchen or office staff with basic cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred (hospitality, office, or hotel).
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
