Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in Delhi. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, performing account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, managing invoices, analyzing balance sheets, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. They will also collaborate with the team on budgeting and auditing activities to support effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Experience with budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis
• Competence in using accounting software and tools
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with GST & TDS filing processes preferred
