Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in New Delhi. As a Junior Accountant, the responsibilities include managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and conducting account reconciliations. The role also involves assisting in maintaining financial records, preparing tax filings, and supporting internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial record maintenance, and account reconciliation
Understanding of tax preparation, financial reporting, and audit support
Knowledge of accounting software and tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
Effective communication and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is a plus
