Junior Accountant

To supports day-to-day accounting operations, assists in maintaining accurate financial records, and helps the finance team with routine accounting tasks. This role is ideal for candidates beginning their accounting career and willing to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
• Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, and bills.
• Maintain general ledger entries and support month-end closing.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as instructed by senior staff.
• Support audits by providing required documents and schedules.
• Update accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks) with accurate entries.
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursement tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors/customers for statement reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / Accounting or Finance background.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basics preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers can apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
