Job Description

Client Partner / Senior Client Partner Property Accounting

ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end month-end close activities and financial reporting
Prepare monthly task calendars and ensure adherence to timelines
Prepare and review monthly reports and reconciliations with internal controls
Handle billing activities including management fee calculation and invoice creation
Perform cash management functions and post journal entries
Analyze expenses and prepare accruals; manage sales tax calculations
Review income and calculate monthly management fees
Support Accounts Payable workflows and expense reimbursements
Perform Accounts Receivable aging, reconciliation, and reporting
Handle fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
Perform GL to sub-ledger reconciliations and account analysis
Maintain month-end close checklists and support audit requirements
Develop SOPs and process documentation
Proactively identify risks and escalate issues

Desired Candidate Profile

1–4 years of relevant experience in
Property Accounting
Experience in
Multi-family, Student Housing, and Affordable Housing
accounting
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Skills

ERP experience:
Yardi, Entrata, RealPage
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Visio

Good to Have

Experience with
JIRA, Macros, and Power BI
